| We carefully listen to our patients; we take their detailed case histories and then, we conduct their thorough examinations. We start the initial documentation process with the first visit. When necessary, we order the proper diagnostics, and refer patients to the appropriate specialists who excel in the particular area of injury that is indicated. |

| Proper Documentation Is Essential |
We continue to document each patient's injuries and each patient's case at every step of the way. Our patient's subjective complaints are noted on every visit and correlated with both clinical and diagnostic findings.
Each patient has the option of being examined and treated by a Medical Doctor and/or a Chiropractic Physician and/or a Physical Therapist. In this way the patient is assured of receiving the proper treatment for his or her injuries, while avoiding misdiagnosis or failure to be properly diagnosed, not to mention the pitfalls of excessive care. |
