We give you all of the training, materials and support to create, market and manage our Power Circle support groups.

What is a Sherpa?
The I AM Power Sherpa is a senior representative who has been certified and empowered to open and manage Power Circle support groups on behalf of the I AM Power program. In this role you may choose to open and market one Power Circle in your neighborhood, or you may wish to open many Power Circles after you’ve gotten the hang of it.
If you wish to create many Power Circles, you’ll need to make your first one a true model of the I AM Power program before you set off to the next. The Power Circle was modeled after the Twelve-Step program, which is run by the membership. Our model is the same. Your primary task will be to set up the location and structure, and to facilitate others to lead most of the sessions.
You’ll have access to the website calendar, keys to the space, and the equipment and materials necessary to create the Power Circle experience. You may lead the sessions, but only once every four weeks. This allows the guests to anticipate a different flavor of leader in every session and avoids the Sherpa being viewed as a therapist.
Becoming a Sherpa
We're excited that you are interested in learning more about the I AM Power Program. We are actively seeking spiritual seekers and leaders in each community across the United States.
I AM Power is an amazing program the integrates group support, online support, simple daily exercises, and step-by-step workbooks in a revolutionary new self-improvement program.
Each partner Sherpa is trained to run I AM Power programs in his/her area. The I AM Power Sherpa will not only participate in this amazing self-improvement program, but will also be trained and certified in I AM Power's comprehensive modalities, including multi-sensory behavioral modification, group support facilitation, online programs, and leadership.
Sherpas will assimilate like-minded people that share a common goal of self-improvement in the areas of prosperity, health, relationships, addictions, and much more. Sherpas will formulate Power Circles (support groups) in their areas, and manage the groups with a comprehensive outlined format.
These Power Circles run approximately 60-90 minutes, and are very similar to a 12-Step meeting. There are no trained psychologists or counselors involved, only like-minded seekers that follow a formatted meeting of the minds. Meetings are held to be sacred, and no pitches, products, agendas, or business is allowed.
Sherpa duties will require an investment of 90-minutes each week in the evening and 5-10 minutes three times per day. Sherpa skills-sets will require patience and compassion with others, some organizational skills, and minimal ability to explain the program to others.
The I AM Power team will fully support Sherpa efforts with online assistance, video tutorials, and phone support.
As a Sherpas you do not have to have great public speaking skills, for meetings will be led by different members every week.
The Sherpa's Role
You’ll learn much more about your role and how we depend upon you to represent the I AM Power program as it was intended. And your reward can be great. First, helping people is a very rewarding experience in itself, as well as establishing a leadership role in your community. Second, if you are also registered as a Mentor Power Pro, you’ll find the financial rewards to be quite impressive.
The Power Circle serves two objectives. It’s a much-needed and broadly-accepted topical support group that anyone may attend at no cost. But it is also an introduction to the I AM Power program and its products and services. You will never do any business or solicitation in the course of conducting a Power Circle, but by the very simple Law of Attraction, you can benefit financially by consistently magnetizing new members.
The Power Circle experience serves the human needs of self-growth, self-empowerment, and inspiration, and it also serves you in building your stature and your Mentor Sphere of influence. You are never required to be a Mentor or referral agent, but it makes good common sense to be rewarded for your efforts. In your role as a Sherpa, you will easily identify other potential Sherpas, and you can build your Power Circle clusters far and wide. If you are successful in launching the Power Circle concept in your community, there is every chance that more than a hundred Circles could be initiated in twelve to twenty-four months.
You may also choose to create and run Power Circles for the mere pleasure of service to your community. You may have found many gains and life-changes as a Novo member in I AM Power, and wish to continue upon your 7th Quest. For that we are grateful, and you will most assuredly thrive in your progress.
